Failure to comply with cancellation policy may result in loss of voucher or fees. SkinSpaMed Dallas is open for all scheduled appointments unless the DISD is closed. SkinSpaMed Colleyville is open for all scheduled appointments unless the Colleyville school district is closed. All appointments are subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy if the clinic is open.
